Hi, I just got this Pyle PDA77BU 4 channel audio amplifier, I need to connect 4 speakers(no subwoofer), the user manual lack on how to connect the speakers, here is in the back , each channel has the own volume control know at front

so here are some of the possible combinations; L-A and L-B or L-A and R-C or other combinations.
which could be the ideal combination to have the best sound ?, any ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated, Thanks

I think you're misunderstanding or overthinking this. Each loudspeaker has two wires, a red and a black. Channels A and B go to the left, presumably front and back, and Channels C and D go to the right. Each loudspeaker connects to the terminals as marked. There's no difference in sound quality between the channels. This is a Karaoke amplifier, not a home theatre or HiFi amplifier.

Hi, still not sure about it, here is picture of different brand 4 channel amp with the same setting than my Amp. and the wiring for 4 speakers is different: one speaker for channel (see the PDF file)? I have connected two speakers at Channel A and the other 2 speakers at Channel C, Which one is the correct connection?

They're both correct. Just make sure that the red terminal on the amp goes to ths red terminal on the loudspeakers. Ditto with the black. Red to Red, Black to black.
