I have just upgraded and have front. Rear, and center speakers.
I have a pwr amp for the front. One for the rear.
If I get another for the center, is it ok just to use one channel?

Bridge the center if possible, with 5.1 most of the sound comes from the front.

I run 1 channel from a stereo amp for the front and found that it sounds better than bridging the front channel amp. Try both ways and see which suits your system better.
