8 Channel DAC!

    Could this have any hifi use? Says 8 channel, but that look like 8 MOno channels. Guess would need to be able to have two channels active at one time. And any idea what sort of output it has? That looks like a computer printer socket to me :confused:

    Looks like you've got it the wrong way round: the "printer port" (25 pin? D type) appears to be labelled digital input. The XLR's are analog outputs.

    Try and google for the datasheet...

    Errr... Maybe I'm still waiting for some early mornig brain fog to lift, but aren't "channels" normally "mono channels" ? I mean a stereo amp is a two channel amp is it not?
