Just a big shout out to the guy on ebay selling this stuff....

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=3283&item=5702132584

Contact enhancer and very very good it is too, big difference in my system. Hint: Just try sticking the stuff inside your phono plugs (if you use them) female connectors. Does wonders for getting rid of dirt.

For those of you unconvinced I am the most sceptical person on ZeroGain!

    Thanks, Tim

PS I have nothing to do with this seller!

Can't vouch for the contact cleaner as I've never used it, but I will happily vouch for the seller, whom I have purchased record sleeves and cartridge tags on a few occasions - very quick delivery and items have always been as advertised.

Is that the unbranded anti static inner sleeves?

If it is, im afraid they are no where near being anti static.

I bought some round bottomed (insert pun here) sleeves to go inside paper only ones to prevent surface scratching. Can't honestly remember if they were advertised as anti-static or not, but can't say I've had any problems with static so I'm not too fussed, as my records remain scratch-free.

yep sounds like the same ones.
I bought a pack as anti-static. Took a few to work to test (we run standard ESD checks) failed miserable, 3.5KV at 2.5cm:rolleyes:

I don't know what that means but it sounds bad - can you recommend a similar shaped sleeve with good anti-static properties?

    Not realy tried any others.
It is bad by our standards, (3.5KV = 3500 volts) it would kill electronic components we work with. But all it means for vinyl is a build up of static on the surface.
The milty zerostat guns do work very well, we use them at work for de-charging some items.

Regarding the antistatic qualities of record inners have you tested the Nagaoka inners and if so how do they compare to unbranded?
