Wm's stuck for a Capacitor, Wilmslow Audio don't seem to have a phone that isn't engauged
I need By tomorrow Latest a 800-1600V 0.01Uf cap quality one, M/Hovland/etc, anyone put me in the right direction please. cheers Wm

Im assuming youve tried wilmslow audio. Ansar supersound from Cricklewood.

I don't think Ansars don't handle that sort of voltage, 400V max iirc.

Thanks guys, I have managed to source something now, I do find the Ansa not such a good cap, although decent value. Wm

 

I was under the impression Ansars are more for PSUs as they do such big values.

 

For Psu's, use Oscons or Auricaps, and good old Pannys FC's
