Hi there I've got the urge to upgrade my system which comprises of a michell gyrodec (Pedersen armboard upgrade + OL DC motor), OL RB300 , ortofon mc 15 super II, Moth phono pre amp, Audio note Oto SE and Snell K speakers (atop pirate stands I think). Some of this stuff is pretty old ( I am thinking of the Moth and speakers) I am thinking in terms of one of the following: a) the full Pedersen upgrade b) an OL silver tonearm c) new phono pre amp d) new speakers Does anyone have any views on which would give me "more bang for my buck" At the moment I am thinking in terms of improving the tt first and I know the best idea is to demo loads of stuff but in principle should I be concentrating on the tt rather then the phono pre amp and speakers. Also would new or better valves for the amp make much difference? Any views appreciated
