After reading Mos post regarding replacing albums that have went walkies, it got me thinking which album do you miss most that has gone walkies.

Mine is (hard to pin it down to one) is Pink Floyd - Dark Side Of The Moon.... and the Wall too ...

must get round to buying new copies.

One of my ex-girlfriends took my original Smiths collection to Canada. I had first presses of all the albums and most of the singles too.

I used to DJ around 6 years ago, and during quite a few skanky house parties, i managed to lose a few valuable(to me) (and obviously to the pricks who stole them) EPs/singles.

Makes you wonder why capital punishment was abolished.... the sl****************gs.

Its not music, but the one that most annoys me is when I lent a girl at secondary school my collection of about 200 episodes of DragonballZ :)o) and it never got returned! Bloody cheek! She said she gave it back to my best mate...

In terms of CDs though, a copy of my own album went missing once. I don't really mind that though as it made me kinda proud someone wanted a copy enough to nick it!!

I've misplaced a few, but the one that really annoys, and that I can't find a replacement for, is a really good Tori Amos promo with 7 tracks (6 live). The live version of "Icicle" is ace, and has a very funny spoken intro to it.

Would love to know where that went - think I lent it out, but can't be sure.

Losing a Smiths collection is sick - I'd have been gutted!

Can't lay claim to a collection, but miss Grandmaster Flash- "The Message"

it's more about what's attached to it in memories, than musical quality.

But I agree with music thieves- Hanging's too good for them!
