    on a rare chance someone has a pair of BYOB, i may be interested in having one - when i was so stupid not to take the one recently offerred to me

    I'm no longer looking for a Altmann BYOB amp since I've got one on it's way from Oz (down under). Can't wait but it will take around 2 weeks to arrive.

    Also, I will hold off, until after the summer, about getting the Altmann DAC.

    someone from germany had one for sale. you have to be quick -they get sold on the same day. otherwise you have to buy one from charles directly, 750E.
