    Guys, let's not. I fall into the "read often, post seldom" group so more effort required here. But, come on. You have to be a bit of an arse to get yourself banned from a discussion forum about a subject you are supposed to enjoy.

    As someone mentioned earlier, PFM has improved hugely by losing a couple of trolls.

    The members who have been banned have been banned for persistant abuse of the AUP. Most of them have also been very abusive to Mods when they've been politely asked to moderate their behaviour. I've had emails threatening violence, an email address spammed into oblivion, and just general unpleasantness sent to me for doing something that is at the end of the day, only a hobby.
    They won't be coming back.

    People get modded for acting like dicks, if they really wanted to come back they would be emailing th emods cap in hand and apologising showing their wish to improve. if they aren't begging to come back then frankly, **** em.

    That's very informative and disturbing. The idea behind the thread was to just generate some traffic and maybe see if the forum could get a shot in the arm,Being on the receiving end of that kind of thing would make me very wary indeed.

    I'm closing this thread, it doesn't serve a purpose, the banned members aren't coming back, and it just allows discussion with no right of reply for them.
