An Evening With Dio

Was looking through Ticketmaster the other day seeing what's happening in this part of the world (generally not a lot) and found that Dio were playing at the Uni. So, in case anyone else out there is interested, thought I'd post the tour dates. A steal at £16.50 too.

the complete 'Holy Diver' album will be played, along with loads of Rainbow and Sabbath stuff too - can't wait! My brother saw them earlier in the year (or late last year - not sure which) at the Astoria and reckoned they absolutely rocked - he still has that amazing voice, apparently, so should be a lot of fun.

Does anyone know the story that Henry Rollins used to do in his stand up routine? Home made capes and paper clips, here I come...

A bit late now methinks....

Good choices of venue there, though surprising to see that Birmingham and Exeter are both bigger venues than London. That can't happen very often. Bristol Academy isn't bad, but get there early if you want a decent spot.

 

Playing Belfast as welll, ticket bought!
