:D thats what I paid for mine, with a free XLO digi cable thrown in.

Also, paid £50 import, £80 shipping and £50 voltage conversion.

Still, £360 is pretty reasonable I think.

    - I wonder if its the new DAC brotherhood DAC? ..or maybe the DAC64?... actually, dont know if I want to be in a brotherhood... it sounds all a bit KKK to me :)

Im still thinking about the best budget transport for the future... Im thinking either a Theta data basic second hand or meridian 500.. (a long way off this one, but opinions welcome)

    Hi

Nothing is really WRONG with it... (except that it wont play CD-Rs).

I think I'll be keeping my next transport indefinately, and upgrading it with clock/pwr mods, and I think it would be a better idea to start from further up the scale, than spend money upgrading this older model.

Also, Ive noticed some transports can sound more open and airy than the micromega, which after all is 10 years old now.

...Really, I plan to stop box swapping, and instead look at improving the insides of what I already have, but the transport I think could be better first. No plans to change any more boxes after that though, just tweakery galore! :D
