Folks, my personal notes on the subject of "dots" (and other more or less far out stuff) is found here:

On the german "VinylLebt" Yahoo Group the the same topic was discussed.

It made the "Cable" discussions look tame by comparison. I'll leave the record as it stands. If you want to try it, go for it, cheap and easy to do.

BTW, the felt dots WHERE REMOVED on my better halves insistence. They are back on HER request. Go figger.

I KNOW that according to prevailing acoustic theories these little felt dots are not allowed to make any audible difference, shame these felt dot's never studied acoustic theory, I am sure they would be ashamed of having called into the question the completeness and absolute correctness of the theories of so many eminent acousticians if they had.....
