    Hi,

    You may find that the manufaturer will merely point you towards the local distributor and that any prices quoted by them are the "estimated average retail price" (as in the UK at lease manufacturers can no longer suggest sales prices for their products), which BTW is the answer to the riddle of the "Tai Wan" Price, what was quoted is end customer retail including the duties and luxyury taxes.

    But please, do not let me discourage you, take this whole thing to the logical conclusion.
