archiving e mails.....?

    Hi,

    Any one know of an effeicient way of archiving e mails?

    I now have a lot of information in my inbox from various sources.....could do with saving it (backing it up) but in some way I'll be able to find stuff again!

    Anybody any ideas?

    whoops, technical ......

    yes, i think it is pop3.....

    current knowledge;

    windows xP
    outlook express(does the e mails)+internet explorer
    wanadoo (orange) ISP

    ...does that answer your question?

    I must admit a mate set it up for me

    just had a look in outlook/tools/accounts.......

    this is how its set up at the moment;

    internet/accounts/pop wanadoo
