Arm Measurments

I am working on a plinth project for a Technics SP 10, I need some measurements however, since moving house a lot of my gear is in storage.

Can anybody supply the following measurements;

The outside diametre of the mounting base ring for the Linn Ittok, Alphason HR 100 and the Rega RB 300.

I also need the minimum distance from the mounting surface (the plinth top) to the record playing surface for each of the above arms.
