CD6000 OSE, is it black or silver? :)

I'm looking for a fairly cheap replacement to my CD4000 which is slowly on its way out, the CD6000 was quite high on my list of candidates :)

EDIT: Seen the collection only part :(

    it's black, and yeah, it's quite a distance :(

i've got the boxes for the CDP & amp, just no way of making sure they're secure inside, i could probably manage something with a bunch of newspapers, but i doubt it'd be good enough to ship safely.

Yeah newspaper probably wouldn't be up to the job :(

May I ask what condition is it in? I am thinking on it atm...if (hypothetically ;)) you did find/obtain some polystyrene inserts, bubble wrap etc, and could package it pretty securely, how much is insured postage likely to be?

    :)

it's not mint, but in great condition, just the usual finger prints & a bit of dust :)

www.parcel2go.com do insured (up to £100) delivery for £8.99 + VAT. (up to £2000 is £18.99 + VAT)

i'll look into better packaging, i'll be going into my dealer this week, so i'll ask if they have any packaging they haven't thrown out yet :)

Cheers :) that seems a very reasonable price for postage. Please let me know if you obtain some packaging!
