Anyone know what these are worth in as new boxed condition? I think they were a special anniversary edition. thanks.

Also - how good are LS3/5a when placed very close to walls - eg. 3-6 inches from rear wall?

    Question 1 - dunno.

Question 2 - they really need a lot of space. Which is annoying given that they're no bigger than a gnat, you'd expect them to work close to walls. I've heard them in a large barn, with plenty of space all around them, sounding terrific.

Last pair I saw went for over £1000 about 6 months back on ebay. They do need some space, my pair (just regular 3/5a's) seemed to work best about 2 feet out from the back wall and well away from the side walls.

Fir all your 3/5a needs http://www.ls35a.com/
