This is brand new. I bought it about a month ago, and have hardly used it. No modifications, all original packaging and manuals. I'm selling it because I simply haven't got the time to play with it, and a slight change in circumstances means that I can't afford to keep it until I do have time.

    £200, no offers

Bump. Would someone mind posting this on head-fi for me, because I know they're popular there and I'm not registered (and it's a bit off to register just to post a for sale thread imo). Anywhere else like AV forums or pink fish too....

    Bump.

I have found a house I want to buy, so it needs to go.

Accepting sensible offers, but £200 is already a damn fine price for a new piece of kit.

Let me give a bit more information on this item.

This item can do digital equalisation, either graphically, parametrically or dynamically, or any combination. It has both analogue and digital inputs and outputs, using XLRs, AES/EBU, Toslink and 1/4" jacks as appropriate. It will also do room eq when connected up to a microphone, and offers an RTA and level meter. Or you can set the display to VU meters.

I think there's a great deal of potential in this item, and I'd love to explore it but currently house buying is a higher priority and I need the money. Make a sensible offer!

Could I run a digital out from my cd player into this, EQ it, then run the 'corrected' digital out into my Superdac? Or is it only digital in -> analogue out, with no digital passthrough capability?

    :)

You can indeed run digital pass-through. You can do AES-optical, optical-AES, AES-AES or optical-optical.

Would rather keep it within the uk ak. Please do put it on headfi though, much appreciated.

    Hi Issac

Assuming you still have it - would you be interested in offers of £170 for the Behringer ?

    cheers

    Does it come with microphone?

£200 is not a bad price really. I paid £175 for mine after being used on one job by another engineer.

I would buy it myself if I had the money! My full system plan involves three of these! Lol One for room eq and DAC, one for subwoofer EQ and crossover and one for my studio mastering.

if I was to buy it - would it replace my DAC, or supplement it..?

    cheers

Am I missing something? £200 seems a bit expensive. Dolphinmusic has it new for £199, 3 in stock at the moment.

At the time I posted this ad it was more expensive in the shops.

I'm in two minds about selling it, but if someone came out with an offer on the box, mic and cable then I'll certainly give it some thought.

It can do either.... you can use it in a digital pass-through mode, where it takes digital in, applies eq, and gives eq'd digital out, or you can have it convert to analogue. It can also do analogue to digital or analogue to analogue.
