bluetooth hookup

I am new to all this so please bear with me. I have a surround sound yamaha amp, connected to onkyo multi cd player. Can I attach a bluetooth device and listen to the music in another room? If so what sort of device will I need. I have been researching this idea (part of the fun) and will obviously need another device to recieve the info. Can you help please? Life was so much easier with Ravensbourne amp and Goldring deck and vinyl!
