Have just purchased a dynavector 10x5 and am wondering how long these things generally take to break in. I have recently read one review of the 10x5 where he said he did not do any serious listening until after 75hrs!!
It sounds good now (approx 5 hrs play) but for how long will it continue to improve?

My Denon 304 took about 20 hours.

Just enjoy it, play lots of music and suddenly you'll find yourself thinking - 'wow - that sounds even better now'. Whatever you do don't waste time agonising.... it'll suddenly 'come on song' for you.
