The Breast Cancer site is having trouble getting enough people to click on their site daily to meet their quota of donating at least one free mammogram a day to an underprivileged woman. It takes less than a minute to go to their site and click on "donating a mammogram" for free (pink window in the middle).

This doesn't cost you a thing. Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate mammogram in exchange for advertising.

    Here's the web site!

Done too - bloody horrible disease. Mum's had it (as well as ovarian) and dad's got terminal bone cancer, and one of my best mates lost her dad (at 54) a few months back to it.

Maybe if they spent the same amount of money on cancer research as they waste on wars the world'd be a better place :(

OK as this is now a sticky I have to ask does anyone know how much of the money raised (profits) goes to the charities?

"100% of collected revenue from site sponsorships goes to pay for mammograms."

I've set a few pages to open in tabs in firefox as bookmarks. bbc, celticfc, ebay, and a few email sites. Opening these bookmarks is my usual first action online so I've added the Breast Cancer Site too now. Really only does take a couple of seconds!

    :D

My usual web use involves opening firefox, then opening a bookmark folder "in tabs", of pages I check first... things like my ebay, celticfc, bbc, zerogain (of course ;) ) and a few email boxes.

I've added this to my bookmarks to open first.

Remember, it says you can click it everyday, and it does only take a matter of seconds.

That's right; are men elligible for mamogrammes?
