To those who really know, I have a 35 watt SS amp that I have just got another of, and I fancy bridging them.

I am not sure how to do this, could be frought with havoc, anyone know, is it simply joining the inputs and outputs together in parallel?
May get the maker to do it, or anyone else who could? Les wolstenholme?
    its a pioneer.

In order to bridge an amplifier it needs to have single ended outputs (ie the black speaker terminal is attached to 0V) and two channels. Simply feed the signal into one channel, and feed an inverted version of the signal into the other channel. Then connect the red terminal of the speaker to the red terminal of the non-inverted channel, and the black terminal of the speaker to the red terminal of the inverted channel, and you're away (assuming that it is on the same amp. If the two channels are on separate amps, you will need to connect the black terminals of the channels used together).

easiest way is with a transformer,if youve any muso freinds see if the've a "DI" box you can borrow, another method is some electronics for example

the other way is to drive L and R balanced inputs with single ended outputs [ie phono sockets].

    If
centre pin of L source goes to hot on L balanced i/p [ignore cold],

    then

centre pin of R source goes to cold on R balanced i/p [ignore hot].

    This will give L [non-inverting], R [inverting]
Then connect amp outputs as Isaac etc. have already mentioned

    cheers
