Looks like a day trip up country is on for next week, but need to plan ahead. Hoping for a leisurely day with my wife so probably not up for a 'see you in the bar', but a couple of questions:

Had a quick look at the exhibitors here and trying to put together a short list so as not to miss things. Still on a general speaker survey (recent 'omni' thread notwithstanding) so Living Voice, Harbeth and Neat were one's that caught my eye. Any 'must hear' suggestions ? (not into AV!)

Secondly, anyone there on a professional basis? Just wanted to avoid getting back here to a 'you should have introduced yourself and we would have played something decent' type thing.

I see that WM will be there, so I'll definitely be popping in to say hi to Tony.

I fancy checking out some of the valve gear this year, so will probably focus on that.

Please someone have a listen to the new souped-up Sugden A21 Special Edition and post reactions here. just for the sake of us ex-pats who can't make it.
    Cheers

I'll do you a deal on that.
Your system looks pretty interesting and I like to hear different kit. Offer me a coffee and a quick listen to your system, and yeah, I'll bring something back from Tony for you.
If you're serious, drop me a PM.

If you are proud of what you do let people know! (within AUP etc.)

Would like to have a listen, but I can tell you now, I won't be bringing the cheque book.

    Just had to share:
My wife commented how much easier (and more fun) it would be if people looked like their avatars. This was a while ago when WM was Mutley, but will still be looking out for a blue-rinsed bee hive....

    Blake,
Sorry to hear about the present "negotiated position".
Of course I'm more than happy to pick up something for you. As mentioned, drop me a PM with the details and address and we can sort out a convenient delivery time on the 27th Feb.
    Cheers
    Mike
