I have been setting up my business called Pure Acoustics. When I first looked, there was one company called that but they were only in America and at the time I didn't think I would be selling there. I was looking at a much smaller business idea, that has now expanded.

Anyway not only that but they have started selling in the UK so basically I need a new business name!

Luckily I have not started trading yet so it is not too hard to change. Just the website and stuff...

What do you guys think would be a good name for a company that sells acoustic treatments designed to suit living rooms, made from real solid woods and are some of the best treatments on the market?

I thought of Super Sonic, Acoustika, Top Sounds... not sure what else! Suggestions please!

    I liked Pure Acoustics!

I didn't like Top Sounds, but I thought the other two were okay!

Music Room is quite nice. Where did the 7th part come from?

Coming up with a business name is a nightmare, you come up with a great idea only to find another company is trading under the same name. Check with companies house to make sure the company name dosn't exist, if it does you have a problem. Also check the domain names.

Yes Perfect Harmonies is very nice!

    Keep the suggestions coming people!

How about Groove Coherence! WM would like it at least. Or maybe even Groove Handle, would it be possible to even have that one?

I would definitely think laterally rather than literally.

ie if you call yourself 'computers-r-us' , some spudhead out there will fight you for it. But if you are 'Apple' or 'Apricot' it's less likely, if you see what I mean.

You could give it a rap style edge as '2pure Acoustics', or maybe go with the Spinal Tap-esque 'The New Pure Acoustics' or 'Purest Acoustics'.

    Only joking, obviously.
