    Has anyone tried these filters?

    http://www.bybeetech.com/DIYProducts.asp

    If so:

    Where have you put them?

Where did you get them from?

They appear to be used by Modwright amongst others and I have heard they do great things to the Chord Dac 64.

    Thanks

    Scott

I dont know whether they work or not but the theory behind it is somewhat dubious.

Yeah, I read the blurb on the website.

Some of it seems to make some sense. Still, it's been a long time since I did any materials science so I wouldn't be able to vouch for the veracity or (otherwise) of the claims without some reading.

I mostly won't be reading old textbooks to find out, mostly.

I read on a forum (audiogon?) that someone cracked open a bybee and found just a resistor inside.

could it be something that looked like a resistor ?

I've heard a unit with them fitted ....but was not blown away ...it was good but not exceptional, set against the cost.

No it was just a resistor. I think they even recognised the type.
