my god mo, how bored are you? not only bored enough to watch countdown, but so bored by that you notice that carol moves her left arm less than a tired tree sloth does.
    cheers

    mo,
countdown was ok when carol was ok looking but she's taken a bit of a nosedive over the past few years and even when she did look ok it was hardly reason enough to watch 2 transpotters from grimsby and scunthorpe competing for the geek of the week award. as for drinking games, in fact all round, blockbusters was sooooo much better. i'll have a 'p' please bob.
    cheers

I'd do Carol - fancied her since the early 1982(?) days when I was 7 and didn't even know what "fancy" meant!!! The reason Henryt, me and others used to watch in the really old days was for that wicked "de ne, de ne, dididedah BOO!" bit in the music - that used to rule!!!

I'd give my right arm for Carol Vorderman's left one.

Funny, I didn't notice the word she was standing in front of for a good 30 secs. Obviously, I'm male :)

ObFish: It reminds me of the street-survey type thing that found that, if you approach people in the street and start interviewing them for a TV show, only 50% notice that you are actually holding a fish up to their face rather than a microphone.

Let's just makes this clear, in case it isn't. I didn't watch it because I fancied Ms Vorderman, although I was more impressed with her arithmetic skills! :p

Yeah - but you ARE a year older than me Henry - are you SURE you didn't fancy her?? :)

I noticed the word before Ms Voderman in that image btw - dunno what that says about me!!!
