I've been meaning to catalogue my CDs for some time. I know there are a number of products out there arround the £25-35 mark that self-populate by looking up the cd in the pc drive against a web catalogue. I've been looking at one called CD Trustee - anyone used this or recommend something similar?

I can thoroughly recommend CD Trustee. I have been using it for about a year, not had any gliches - does what it says on the packet and the inerfaces are easy to manage / follow.

A useful feature that is - I've exported an HTML list of my CDs onto my Pocket PC. Very handy when CD shopping, so that I avoiod duplicates.

I had a play with the free trial and it looked good, so I've bought Music Collector. Now to see if I can persuade my son that it's fun to load up a thousand or so CDs....

    Hi,

Another vote for the Music Collector software. I like the fact that you can download pictures of the sleeves as well.

I've been adding my cds to it. Out of the 400 cds I have put on so far, it couldn't find info on 5 so far. I had to put these in by hand.

I have not started my LPs yet.
