CD player support

Hello everyone.

This is my 1st post on here.

I've thought about placing a support under my Meridian 507 CD player. Could you guys recommend some solutions i should consider.

I've read about people using marble/granite bases.
Are those good solutions?

There are several advocates of all forms of stands isolation on here, I personaly choose Towhsend Siemics sinks, some guys have mana, some Voodoo, Larc audio/Hne do granite/marble plinths (I use these as well), or even a trip to the local stome masons, they can and do have an effect on the sound the cdp/Transport/Dac makes, however individual preception is a big player here. Wm

If you want to try a few DIY solutions you can experiment with everything from inner tubes, sand boxes, blu tack, the tnt flexy, and anything else you have laying about. A couple of pennies, and blue tack? Cork? Kermit has a link to his diy style sinks. May be worth a go!

Are you after a complete rack or just something for under the cdp?
