I think the guide lines are fair enough, but it is hard to draw a line between normal chit-chat that happens to mention differences in race, sex or sexuality and a statement that is considered 'racist' or any of the other terms.

I wouldn't have thought the thread about women being from Zonk and a PITA was that bad. It clearly wasn't being taken that seriously by the people saying the so called 'sexist' things. Or was I just not taking it seriously?

Once upon a time you could make jokes about virtually anything without so much as raising an eye. Nowadays, you cant say anything in case you offend some delicate soul. Political correctness has just gone too far.

I still havent seen anything on this site thats offensive, yet things are getting deleted left, right & center. Are we becoming a nation of liberal softies who cant take a joke? I think so.

 

quite sad really, the way some people go on...'they' will know who i mean too...not the good guys on here, but the cantankerous gimps that seem to operate on these forums, can you imagine what they're like in real life..? sigh...

Paul - things being deleted left right and centre? I can still see where deleted posts/threads were and I can assure you there's very few of them.

I agree with mr. cat in that this thread is going nowhere.

James - if that's really the case I suggest you leave with your dignity intact rather than humiliating yourself further.
