Having re-organised the house, I now have an extra hifi but without a CD-Player!!

Does anyone have anything for around the £10 mark gathering dust anywhere which deserves a good home?? :D

Quality isn't important, anything will be better than the goodmans portable in use at the moment!!

    Thanks

    Andrew

I have a Goodmans 6 cd multichange cartridge (Pionneer style) player. I think the transport is Pioneer but I can't be certain. It has no remote control but you can use a generic one by keying in the Pioneer key codes. It is only midi sized too. It is in good condition and in good working order. I can take pictures if required. The only thing is that it would cost more than £10 with postage.

Compared to CD6000 OSE (which is my main CDP) the sound is a tad synthesed but that is to be expected on an early to mid 90's Goodmans CDP. It certainly sounds much better than a portable or a cheap DVD player.

I can do sell it for £20 including postage. If interested I will sent more details including photos. It is a good quality unit despite the badge.

    Hi,

Some pictures of that would be great, I meant to say £10+p&p, obviously £10inc would be unfair.

Its going on a system in the kitchen/diner with an old Denon amp and old Mission speakers so I'm not expecting miracles

    My email is [email protected]

    Thanks

    Andrew
