classe CDP-10

    anyone heard this player... id be very interested to hear their thoughts on it. and also how it fares compared to the likes of meridian G07 and linn Genki/Ikemi

    trying to find myself a nice CD player in the 1500-2000 range and would prefer a more laidback but detailed sound rather than the upfront naim/cyrus styles

    have a listen to a c.e.c. tl 51 (with the external dac if you can find the package for the price - iirc there's one on pfm for sale atm).
    alternatively you could try the fusion 64 cd player - it's not my cup of tea but you might like it.

    id prefer to have something i can demo at length first as after a few disasters im unwilling to buy anything without hearing it and having a home trial first :)

    will look into hearing some CEC stuff though.
