    Folks,

Need to clean out more closet and other space space.

I have complete Bastanis Prometheus Kit available, baffles are in existence, no subwoffer enclosures.

First the big "bad" thing. One of the Fullrange Drivers has a significant tear in the cone near the rim (around 1.5" long), which was repaired and does not seem to effect the sound quality, but it is a significant blemish.

Secondly, all else is complete, with reasonably looking baffles build as shown in the picture. This is the original "MKI" kit with Beyma CP-21 line source tweeters and the german made Thomessen Subwoofer Amplifier module. Also included are of course the two pairs of 12" Drivers (Fullrange and Woofer).

A review of the original MKI Kit is here:

A more elaborate review of the later MKII Kit (different tweeter and woofer Amps) is here:

    http://www.enjoythemusic.com/magazine/equipment/0806/bastanis_prometheus_mkII.htm

The actual specs are a bit hazy, measured was around 97db / 2.83V / 1m low frequency extension depends on a the settings on the Thomessen Module. Original Kit Cost was € 1,250 (~ £850).

    Pickup from North London only.

I'd say best offer above £ 250 takes it.

    Ciao T

    Are they still available ?

    Hi Thorsten

Are your Bastanis still available for sale ?
Would you be able to ship them overseas ? (Spain)

Best regards, and happy new year !

    Hi Borja

I can answer this one in case Thorsten is not about - and its no unfortunately. I bought the widebands and tweeters some time ago, and I know I was too late for the bass units as I had to purchase these from Robert Bastani.

    cheers philip
