For a while I've been using headphones on my pc but now I want to set everything up properly again, I mean 5.1 speakers, wheel, flight joystyick and so on.

The question on my mind is, how far to go with speaker cables in my pc set up. I did have my doubts about the Nordost Valhalla because of the price. Do you think I should perhaps place Chord Signature as my limit for a pc ?

I think Cloth Ears is an obnoxious troll trying to get attention with stupid topics. Go listen to your Bose and leave us alone.

( sharp intake of breath ) How dare you !

I do not own any Bose. My system comprises nearly seven grand of Exposure and Spendor plus AV electronics around a Tag processor, separate power amps, plus a turntable and tuner. Equally I wish to ensure that my computer sound is adequately set up, hence my question. I realise with cables there may be some diminishing returns so I ask opinion here to determine the best solution for my PC. I do not expect to get back a trolling answer like that. Bose indeed. Humph !

But can noone suggest what a sensible upper limit for PC use might be? Don't you think Chord Signature would transform my computer ?

    I think it would.
    Negative channel to neutral.
    Positive to live.
    Don't worry about earth.

Probably a better sound than Exposure/Tag either way.

    Have fun. :)

Exposure oh yes ! You should hear the synergy with big Spendor speakers. Lovely.

"Explosure" ? You mean they are problematic?
