Try installing some monitoring software like Motherboard Monitor, can be found HERE  and clicking on downloads at the top.

You can set this to monitor your case, cpu and hard disk temps, and it will show motherboard voltages and fan speeds.

If you set it to log all the variables and save them to a file, you can than check the file after the next lock-up and see if anything is way out of spec.
