Hi everyone,
I am seriously looking into the room correction units. My options are:
1) Second hand TACT RCS2.0(S). Can get one for about £1100. The TACT will be fed from a transport and into a DAC keeping the whole signal in the digital domain.
2) DEQX. Good but possibly expensive if you add all the bits and pieces. Again it will be used in similar manner to the TACT.
3) Copland DRC-205. I think around £1250 but not much info yet. Has anyone heard it? It sound strange that it takes an analogue signal converts it to digital for doing the DRC and then back to analogue.
4) Wait for the new Lyngdorf audio (ex TACT) preamp that is supposed to be coming out early in new new year.
Any comments, especially on the Copland?
Thanks.
