Could you use this bathroom?

Just imagine that you are at a party on the top floor of a hi-rise building and after a few drinks you need to visit the bathroom.

Painted floor? You could probably do it in MSPaint, but I suspect it's a Photoshopped floor!

Was I stating the obvious? Desperately trying to pass the time before I pick up a depressingly long list of fail items from the local MOT centre

 

I think worth1000.com at the bottom of the picture made me think it was, but why over-analyse it when you can imagine what you'd do in that situation? I guess if the floor was really painted as shown some people wouldn't need to enter the bathroom.

This is photoshopped as my pics of manchester city which magically have no street lamps or road signs :. I do love the clone too. This job is a lot more simple though, very very cleverly done though. A classic case of its not knowning how to use Photoshop that is the skill, but having the ideas.
