Hi Dean!

Long time no post!. Good to see you again.

THe creek has a stepped attenuator and short cable runs. Ive also tried the W.A.D. one, which has a stepped attenuator in it. I just dont like them at all. I have yet to try one with transformers.. so never say never...

Sounds like a list (above) of other soul artists I should get into. I shall pick your brains some more in due course Soul wise, I have been enjoying Aretha's young, gifted and black album, and also lots of Bill Withers ( Northern Soul?).

The emporium has a passive that sounds interesting. It uses twin transformers, and has a 6db boost button (?). Second hand of course, about 1,400. Just caught my eye, thats all.
