Todays purchases where:
Clash - super black market clash ( CD ). £5 Fopp
I used to have the 10" first time around but it has long since gone. I even caught my missus swinging and tapping her toes, whilst she was reading the paper. With all them infectious Reggae/dub bass lines who could blame her. I'd kinda forgotton just how good the Clash were.

I got the first one quite some time ago now and although it was promised i didn't think they'd get around to putting even more of Woody Guthrie's words to music. I just love Billy Bragg's music , whatever he does, one man and his guitar. (even if he is a commie/lefty)( joke !). Not had any time to pick out a fave as yet . Surprisingly for me 'Ingrid Bergman' was my pick from Vol 1. Its got hardly any words and hardly any tune but it's all Cocky, Cockney Billy. i need a few more plays of Vol 2 yet though.

Seen/Heard enough of it on Kerrang/MTV2 so thought i'd give it a bash. Saving it for Sunday afternoons listen though.
