Ian Brown- Solarized

Picked it up in Tesco's on my way home from work this morning. My main reason for buyin it is because i saw him and Noel Gallagher on the Jonathon Ross chat show a few weeks a go. The track they played sounded pretty good. Glad i bought it. I'm on my second run through right now and it's growing on me very quickly. I love the way Ian Brown's strong regional accent comes though in his songs.

Well worth £9.97 of my money, however I'm sure that it will be in the £5- £7 section in Fopp before too long.

The Album seems to be very multi layered with lots of influences hidden away in the mix that you need to listen out for. All in all a great purchase that will be geatting played to death over the coming days - I'm off to Amazon now to see if it's available on vinyl......
