Cursa 2000 gain settings

    Can you help with this query?

    There are 4 jumper switches per channel on the Cursa 2000, for use with my Maia 2000 they need to be in Position 2. Does that mean that switches 1 AND 2 are to in the ON position for each channel or just switch 2 in the ON position on each side.

    Currently I have set only switch 2 to the ON position on each channel and when using the Apollo the volume is after 11o'clock before the sound starts to gel. before 10'clock there is silence.

    Is this how Rega volume controls work or have I messed up the gain switches?
