I've worked with left wing harridans who'd cut your balls off for calling them 'ladies'.

 

i'd like to give audio synthesis a big thumbs up - david is always really helpful on the phone and stuff has arrived in a timely manner.

 

Kef, I once needed a tweeter and I ordered it at 5, it arrived at 9 the next morning. Top drawer. Also a repair company called Audiolabs in Leeds. Brilliant.

 

Although I no longer own any of their speakers, Castle were brilliant in terms of customer service; advice over the phone, replacement drivers delivered speedily etc.

 

Maybe we should balance this out with some "horror" customer service stories. Nothing malacious though, just something entertaining to read about!

 

I may have something depending on how my current dalliance with Sony Service Centre works out.......

it's funny so many good reviews for kef as i have the opposite story have emailed them 3 times for a price on my center speaker tweeter (bloody kids) but have never had a reply?
