    just had a dusting session ,through pure boredom i might add, and bent my stylus whilst being distracted by something that wasent even a distracting thing.
    arse! dont you just hate it when it happens?
    does anyone have any good links for stylus replacment people?

    thanks guys , yup bad luck is looming.
    its only a cheap ortofon so no real harm done , might give me the kick up the arse i needed to go out and buy a decent cart.
    just dident want it to be this side of crimbo.....

    Did this the day before a a major show on our deck, it was a £500 mc, that was three monts ago and the rest of the crew still haven't forgiven me yet. was lucky and got a lowner for the show.

    I feel for you. But look on the bright side, you now know how to spend your christmas money:)

    Been there done that (phone rang) AND it was an Ortofon (520!). Got a 530 tip to replace it and it was the worst move I ever made...

    Finally "downgraded" to another 520 and it sounds much better again!

    Claim on your home contents insurance - it's got to be worth it :)
