    No, thankfully.
More like Connery, than Moore or Brosnan, I hope.

(I can't remember anything of Dalton).

I don't know why he wanbted to do it - he's too good an actor for tacky rubbish like this (don't get me wrong, I like a James Bond movie as much as anyone but its hardly Shakespeare).

Dalton was the best bond IMO (but I'm apparently the only person in the world who thinks that). Lazenby the worst, Moore the second worst. Brosnan in the middle and Connery second best.

From the trailer, Craig looks to be a better choice than I'd though. He could be very good. I'd also like to see Clive Owen in the role, I think he'd be good.

you been wathing the BMW movies isaac :)

clive owen doing a very good job indeed. I think clive owens problem would be that he isnt near well spoken enough to pull off bond.

You could have said the same about connery though. I think he could pull it off.

the state of people's minds, how can brosnan be any good, he can't act for toffee. dalton was down the list.

brosnan was the worst ever bond, should never have even acted.

Its connery, and moore. probably in that order, but moore was very good.

robbie williams would actually have made a good bond, he has a sense of danger about him, its those psycho eyes, and looks good in a penguin.

You're not alone. I really liked Dalton, too.

I think Craig will grow into it - he's got the coldness and brutality (as in the books), which Connery also had in the earliest films, but not quite the sophistication and polish. He does need to stop pursing his lips like a duck  . I also think that while Bond should look convincingly fit (and we've had some real flabbies), he should have the functional physique of a soldier or athlete, not the vain artificiality of a bodybuilder.

Personally I preferred even Lazenby to Dalton!

What did y'all think about Eva Green as the Bond girl?

I think Dalton and Connery came closest to Ian Fleming's concept of Bond. Craig is excellent also though.

I've seen the film and it's OK, certainly one of the best bond films. He's decent in the role but I think they still are a bit cartoonish compared to something like the Bourne films.

He will be good as long as they aim for a bit more grit and a bit less gadgetry..

Dalton maybe,Connery no,only on looks. In the books he is a cold hearted killer who even shoots his enemies in the back.Connery had far to much humour to convey Flemings Bond (Fleming himself was not a very nice person)
