Anyone see this (Ch4 last night)?

As soon as I saw the little boy lifted off the stretcher onto the table, and the look on the surgeon's face, I knew it was all over for him. What a bitter waste.

I can't believe Bush's recent endorsement of the Israelis' plans for the occupied territories. It seems to be designed to make everything even worse.

Very true Julian, but what do you expect from "The Land of Opportunities"?

Isn't it fortuitous that the US has handily got all those troops across the border from Iran, now that Iran has been recognised as having falsely led the US to war? Sounds like those profits will keep on rolling.

On topic, no I didn't see it, as I don't have a TV. The impression I've got from those I know that have seen it is that it sucks any hope for peace right out of you. Was there anything positive in the show at all?

    Chris.

You're joking surely? from Americans? the people who are defended by "solders" stupid enough to pose for cameras while they torture their PoWs? I suppose we need to have some hope.

I should add that there is some intelligent life in the US. I have a lot of time some of my colleagues in that country, some of them might even possess more than one gun:D
