Denon AVC 2000

    I am not getting any sound out of my avc2000 its paired with The Denon TU-550, this happened before and a friend looked at it and did something with the remote, just that simple. I haven't played it for several years and now my son is setting it up to play in work out room. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
