My two year old LCD TV (Dell) decided to stop working whilst retuning its channels. I tried a factory reset and it froze during this operation. A call to Dell tech support and it is a known fault caused by a reallocation of TV channels by the broadcasting companies. My TV is out of warranty and I have to attach a freeview box to my "digital" TV to get it to work. Apparently everyone knows about this but no one told me!!

    Hows that for service?
