I can count the number of drivers I've purchased that come with supplied T/S paramters on one hand.   Furthermore, they're almost always out by a little at best.  Ideally you want to measure everything yourself using something like speakerworkshop (this is not for the faint hearted but it is cheap and invaluable if you envisage doing this more than a few times in your life).
