Dynaudio Audience 10

Selling for a friend:

One pair of Dynaudio Audience 10 loudspeakers. These are the predecessors to the Audience 50 and Audience 52/SE.

They are about ten years old and in excellent condition apart from one tiny dink, see pic. There are also the normal light marks on the bottom from spikes.

Typical bombproof Dynaudio build. They may be littl'uns but you wouldn't want to drop one on your toe. Finish is "black ash", they are rear ported and have single terminals. They are a proper matched pair with sequential serial numbers. Original packaging etc.

My mate has owned these for five years and they've spent most of the last two years in their boxes as "spares" which haven't been needed, hence the sale.

I've listened to them at length with Sugden and Accuphase amps and have to say that they are very good. An amazingly accurate and big sound for the size of the box with surprising bass. They cope excellently with a bit of volume and respond very well to a powerful amplifier. Having said that, they sounded wonderful on the end of an A21a so good all rounders.

He is asking £175 which I think is a steal. I've not heard anything that would even sniff at them for that kind of money.
