Dynaudio Confidence C1 loudspeakers for sale, in mint condition.

These speakers are in truly mint condition. The cabinets’ woodwork is completely unmarked, as are the drivers. They are in perfect working order, no faults of any kind – mechanical, electrical or audible.
The underside of both speakers are marked with two rings from the fitment of the Stand4, which bolts directly to the cabinet. Unfortunately, such marking is unavoidable with this design and would be apparent after first fitment of the stands.
Also, the electrical terminals have been modified slightly to accept spade terminals with a wider neck (for fatter wire) than was previously possible. The plastic has been ground away where applicable and whilst not the neatest job, in no way compromises the mechanical integrity of the terminals. See pic’.
These C1 speakers gave a significant upgrade in terms of the refinement of the sound over my previous Contour S3.4. Gushing reviews abound on the web and I certainly agree this is one of the best I have heard. Fully free of boxy resonances, a very surprising (big and deep) bass and beautiful fine detail from the Esotar tweeter.
I am selling as my 6 month old daughter threatens to start transporting herself around independently soon. I worry that these speakers will present a far too tempting attraction with their shiny tweeters and glowing woodwork. So they are now safely tucked away in their boxes before any damage can occur and I have replaced them with something more able to fend for themselves in a baby / toddler environment. A shame, because I cannot pick fault with these and would not be tempted to upgrade.
