    Hi,

    I've got a Dynavox vr70e here.

Anyone know where I might get instructions on biasing the valves?

Pete has been kind enough to show me a couple of times but I'd feel happier if Id got the instruction sheet showing the correct electrical and screw points.

I had one but its been mislaid.

I can't seem to track Dynavox down.

    tia,

    David

check out the cd rom I left you last time ...its all on there.....

    but

stick postive probe in red hole and negative probe on an earth [black speaker terminal or chassis]

    set dmm for mA

switch amp on let stabilise [20mins] read mA for each valve ie all four red holes.

you should bee looking for about 320mA[? off the top of my head] on each

you need a long thin insulated fine cross head screw driver

slot into on of the four holes allong the back of the chassis next to the transformers

adjust each pot to give each valve the same mA reading ...no I can't remember which hole does which valve !

there is no correct mA value ....higher means shorter life and bigger rounder sound ....small gives a thiner sound with marginally longer life.... check the cd rom for the recomended values ....
